This year’s Zart Conference will be held Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 September , 2024

The Keynote session each day will begin at 9.30am (AEST).
We suggest that you log on no later than 9:15am (AEST) just to make sure that you have no technical issues.
Each day will finish at 3.30pm (AEST).

Schedule Each Day:

  • 9:30am – 11:00am (AEST)    Welcome & Keynote Speaker
    (1 hr break)
  • 12:00pm – 2:00pm (AEST)   Workshop Session
    (30 min break)
  • 2:30pm – 3:30pm (AEST)     End of Day Session

Reminder that all times are AEST (Melbourne time), so please adjust for any interstate/international time differences as appropriate to you.

The practical Workshop Sessions will be recorded as part of this event. Participants will be able to access all workshop session recordings for each day relevant to their ticket. Links to session recordings will be sent to participants following the event and will remain accessible for up to 6 months (access expires on 31st March 2025).

Please note that the Keynote Speakers/Panel sessions as well as the End of Day sessions on each day are NOT recorded.

Two Day Ticket:

Single Day Ticket:

  • Access to Zart Online Conference for 1 Day on either Monday 16th & Tuesday 17th September, 2024
  • Two keynote presentations
  • One practical art making sessions, select from 5 options
  • One art making materials kits, delivered to your door
  • 5.5 Hours of certified Professional Development
  • 3-Month access to Workshop Session Recordings for the day you attend.
  • Conference 2 Classroom: Downloadable curriculum-linked teacher resources for primary and secondary classrooms.

International Ticket:

  • Access to Zart Online Conference for 2 Days on Monday 16th & Tuesday 17th September, 2024
  • Four keynote presentations
  • Two practical art making sessions*, select from 10 options
  • 11 Hours of certified Professional Development
  • 3-Month access to Workshop Session Recordings for the days you attend.
  • Conference 2 Classroom: Downloadable curriculum-linked teacher resources for primary and secondary classrooms.

*Art materials are not provided with the International ticket. Participants to organise their own supplies from lists provided.

You will be asked to select your chosen Day 1 / Day 2 Workshop Sessions during checkout.

The Keynotes and End of Day speakers are automatically included in your ticket, and do not require selection at checkout.

Group bookings for the same or various ticket types can be done on the same booking simply by adding multiple ticket types or quantities to cart before proceeding to checkout.

Each member will require their booking registration information and session choices entered during checkout.

Please note group bookings cannot split deliveries; that is, all tickets purchased on the same booking will have all materials kit delivered to the same address.
If you wish to have kits delivered to separate locations, we recommend separate bookings to ensure separate delivery addresses can be specified.

No, unfortunately once a booking order is processed we are unable to make changes to registrations.

However, if there has been an error with your booking or delivery, please contact Zart on zconference@zartart.com.au

Booking Confirmation Emails are sent to all registered participants within 24 hours of your booking.
Participant reminder emails, links and logins are emailed closer to the event date.

If you have not received any email communications regarding your booking, please contact Zart at zconference@zartart.com.au to verify your registration has been lodged.

Workshop Materials will be dispatched to participants in Term Three 2024, to allow for arrival closer to the event date.

This will depend on how your booking has been made. Delivery will be made to the default school address if booking with a school account, or alternatively to the nominated delivery address for personal/credit card bookings.

Please note delivery addresses can not be changed or split once the order has been processed.

If you live remotely or interstate (anywhere outside of Victoria) and are concerned about receiving your delivery in time, please contact Zart prior to submitting your booking for a delivery estimate for your area.

If you have not received your materials kit delivery by 2 weeks prior to the event date, please contact us by email: zconference@zartart.com.au

Participants require the following equipment to experience the online session:

• PC desktop, Laptop, or Smart Device/Tablet with reliable internet connection
• Audio Speakers / Headphones
• Space to Work
• A Quiet Area with no noise or distractions

• Your Materials Kit for the relevant practical workshop session

We strongly recommend taking time to make sure you have everything tested and ready to go before joining the live session. Ensure your internet connection is reliable and your audio is working.

You do not need to download any special Apps or software – The event will be hosted online via a browser-based platform called Hubilo, so all you need is an internet connection.

Troubleshooting & technical assistance will be available before and during all online session to help with any issues you may be facing, however it must be noted that Zart is not responsible for any customer technical or connectivity issues that are outside of our control.

The conference will be delivered via Hubilo, an online browser-based event platform.
You do not need to download any special Apps or software to join.

This event platform will provide each participant with exclusive access to view event details & schedules, session & presenter information, and will be your portal to join all live online events on the day.

Access links to login to the event will be provided by email to registered participants within 1-2 weeks prior to the event date, to allow you time to test your login and familiarise yourself with the platform in advance.

On the day, we recommend participants log in to the live sessions at least 10-15 minutes early, to allow time to troubleshoot any technical issues and to ensure everyone is ready to start at the proposed time in good spirits and without delay.

The content provided in this online event is considered private, and therefore access and content is not to be shared with any non-registered person or third-party.

Invoices to school accounts must be paid within 30 days. All personal bookings require credit card payment at the time of booking.

Please note that by registering for this event the information you provide including name, email address, and phone number may be used by Zart in connection with this event, future events, or in relation to other products and services by Zart.
Zart considers all participant information to be private and confidential, and will not be shared with any third party.

A written/emailed notification of cancellation must be received by Zart prior to the scheduled event date. Where possible, cancellation notice is preferred prior to dispatch/receiving of any delivered goods in order to avoid any pick-up fees to return delivered goods.

For cancellations or change of mind returns, please note that credits/refunds are dependent upon the return of any dispatched goods (in saleable condition) at the customer’s expense.
If goods have been opened, used or not returned in a saleable condition this may affect your credit/refund value.

Consumption of online material (such as streaming sessions, videos, digital and downloaded resources) prior to cancellation may also affect your credit/refund.

If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, as your place could be given to someone on a waiting list.

If Zart is compelled to cancel an event, you will be advised with as much notice and as little inconvenience as circumstances allow.

In the event that this live event needs to be cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund or credit. If this event, or any part of this event, needs to be rescheduled, participants will be offered to join the rescheduled live date at no expense to you OR you may request a full refund or credit, conditioned upon the return of any delivered goods in saleable condition.

Failure to attend without prior written cancellation will result in the forfeit of any possible refund and your invoice will be required to be paid in full.

You will receive a certificate via email once the event has concluded and your online attendance has been confirmed for all online sessions as part of this event.
